Trineria’s Quality Management System Successfully Audited Again, the ISO 9001 certification was awarded to Trineria in April

Trineria’s ISO 9001:2015 quality certification has been renewed and is once again valid for the next three years. The certification confirms that our quality management system meets the standard’s requirements and, above all, supports continuous improvement in our everyday work.

Over the past few years, we have systematically developed our quality management system and scaled it sensibly to match the size and resources of our company. The ISO 9001:2015 requirements are fulfilled in terms of policies, objectives, processes, and documentation. Most importantly, the system works in practice and supports our business.

Quality as part of our strategy

We have updated our Quality Policy based on identified improvement opportunities and refined our quality objectives. A key step has been linking quality objectives to strategic objectives using the OKR model. This has improved the effectiveness of our quality management system and delivered tangible business benefits. At the same time, we have redistributed responsibilities to free up more time for business development.

Continuous improvement in everyday work

At Trineria, internal audits are carried out according to an annual program and cover both our processes and the requirements of the standard. Management reviews are conducted annually, and the results and observations are documented systematically.

For us, the quality management system is a way to ensure that our work keeps improving continuously.
